Custom All Diamond Grinder features
6" diameter diamond wheel grinding and polishing machine for all your
cabbing needs. Grind and polish small specimens and cabochons with just one machine!

2 Steel Bonded diamond wheels - 6" diameter x 1.5" width in 80 and 180
diamond grit for the initial quick grinding and shaping of the cabochon or
specimen and 4 - 6" x 1 1/2"soft Resin Bond diamond wheels in grit
sizes 280, 600,
1200 and 3000 for the final sanding of your cabochon or specimen

1 each - 6" diameter aluminum polishing disc and felt polishing pad to create a
final polish on your cabs and specimens

Gusher water system to lubricate and cool the diamond wheels while you are
grinding - This gusher system sits in the tray below and spits
water upward to cool the wheels while you are grinding. The tray can be
drained after use for cleaning and re-filled the next time you need it.

This grinder is set up with 2 expando drums which are then used with
either silicon carbide or diamond belts. Silicon Carbide belts are
included. Expando drum systems can be very beneficial to someone who
wants to do some slightly larger free-form polished pieces as they are wider
than resin bond wheels and give more room for the piece to be sanded.
Silicon carbide belts are also very economical and easily changed out from
one grit size to another.

The CabKing-6V3
is a direct drive 6" diameter diamond wheel grinding and polishing machine
for all your cabbing needs. The CabKing-6V3 has an adjustable water
feed system that drips clean water on the wheels instead of bubbling up
dirty water. This system is based on a separate water pump that
eliminates costly upkeep of the built in air pump found on other machines.
Our simplified drainage system has a hose connected to the pans so the dirty
water drains out without the user constantly having to empty them. An
optional Saw Attachment, sintered sawblade included, is also available for
the CabKing-6V3. Cut, grind and polish with just one machine! So
